The cold snap continued Tuesday across Long Island with temperatures reaching the low 20s.

News 12 Meteorologist Bill Korbel says temperatures will barely fall Tuesday night into the upper teens.

Korbel says the record breaking streak of cold weather will end tomorrow, with temperatures hovering around 32 degrees.

Temperatures are expected to reach the 40s over the weekend.
