COASTAL FLOOD WATCH for Saturday morning. Showers will taper off early Saturday with diminishing winds through the day.

FRIDAY NIGHT: Cloudy and windy with heavy rain likely. Chance for local street flooding. Chance for thunderstorms. Lows near 38 degrees with east winds 15 to 25 mph gusting to 35.
