A WBLI radio personality got back “on the shelf” to collect toys for some children in need Friday.
Andrew Sykora, better known as Syke from the “Syke & MJ in the Morning” show, collected toys in full elf regalia at the West Babylon studio for the John Theissen Children’s Foundation.
Friday's event was filled with elfish festivities, music, food, games and a visit from Santa Claus.
It's not too late to donate. You can still drop off gifts at any Long Island Friendly’s location, Atlantic Hyundai or Giunta’s Meat Farms through Monday, Dec. 23.
