WATCH: Lt. Gov. Hochul's media briefing

Lt. Gov. Kathy Hochul held her first media briefing since Gov. Cuomo announced his resignation.  Hochul says she's ready to take over as governor and will pick a lieutenant governor within 2 weeks.
