A Nassau County fortune teller is facing charges for allegedly scamming a customer.
Wantagh resident Lisa King, 43, allegedly told her victim she was cursed and would need to pay her to have the curse lifted. Police say King told the victim not to tell anyone what happened, or the curse would return and even haunt her children.
The victim paid King $4,900.
King pleaded not guilty today to grand larceny.
