Fire officials say one person was rushed to the hospital after a house fire in Wantagh.

Firefighters say they were called to a Willoughby Avenue home just after 6 p.m.

Fire crews were able to put out the fire in about 40 minutes.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation, but fire officials don't believe it to be suspicious.
