Wake and funeral services have been set as family, friends and fellow officers are remembering a veteran NYPD sergeant and dad from Long Island.
On Wednesday, there will be a wake for NYPD Sgt. Paul Tuozzolo at Chapey Funeral Home in Bethpage.
Police around the region joined Long Islanders in Huntington on Saturday for a vigil at the Paramount Theater.
The Huntington dad of two young children was gunned down in the Bronx on Friday by a Brentwood man with a long arrest record. The suspect, 35-year-old Manuel Rosales, was fatally shot by police after the shooting.
The funeral for Sgt. Tuozzolo will be on Thursday at St. Rose of Lima Church in Massapequa.
