Officials say a Vineyard 48 in Cutchogue has lost its liquor license.

The vineyard has had a history of complaints about noise and rowdy parties.

The state liquor authority made its decision yesterday, after hearing testimony from the Southold police chief and people who live in the area.

The winery's owner claims he has been unfairly targeted by the town.
