Video footage shows a large crowd gathering in Long Beach with few masks and little social distancing.
The video was taken in the area of Edwards Boulevard.
News 12 is told it may have been a graduation party.
Long Beach police ere also spotted in the area as the crowd congregated.
News 12 reached out to the department for comment but have not heard back.
