The house where 8-year-old Thomas Valva died is set to be auctioned off Wednesday at Brookhaven Town Hall.
A sale for the Center Moriches home on Bittersweet Lane will start at 10 a.m.
Valva died after being forced to sleep in the freezing garage of the basement in January 2020.
The child's father, Michael Valva, and his ex-fiancée, Angela Pollina, are serving 25 years to life in prison after being convicting of murdering the boy.
