La policía de la ciudad de Nueva York dijo que tres sospechosos han sido arrestados en relación con el tiroteo en el metro que dejó un hombre muerto el viernes pasado.
El tiroteo ocurrió en la estación de la calle 182 en el Bronx.
Los tres sospechosos identificados son Justin Herde, Betty Cotto y Alfredo Trinidad.
La policía pudo identificar a los sospechosos con las nuevas cámaras dentro de los trenes.
El tiroteo se inició debido a una disputa entre la víctima y uno de los sospechosos, según la policía.
El hecho resultó en la muerte de William Álvarez, de 45 años.
Según las estadísticas, la delincuencia en el metro sigue siendo un 30% mayor que en 2023, según cifras manejadas por la policía de Nueva York. La mitad de estos delitos son pequeños hurtos.
