A Uniondale man is among the 13 people busted in an interstate heroin distribution ring, according to the New York attorney general.
Attorney General Eric Schneiderman says the suspects trafficked heroin from New York City into Nassau County, upstate New York and Pennsylvania. The Attorney General's Office says one of the main resellers of the drug was Kenneth Parris, of Uniondale.
Suspected kingpin Brian Bacon allegedly dubbed himself "The Prime Minister." He is facing a drug trafficking charge, which carries a possible life sentence.
