The final set of transcript and video testimonies from the investigation into former Gov. Andrew Cuomo were released Thursday.
The state attorney general's office says they initially held off on making the evidence public when multiple county district attorneys asked them to wait.
They say they were launching their own investigations to determine if criminal charges should be filed against Cuomo.
The former governor's brother and Southampton resident Chris Cuomo was heard from in his video testimony.
"He's my brother and if I can help my brother I do," Chris Cuomo says. "If he wants me to hear something I will, if he wants me to weight in I'll try."
Andrew Cuomo resigned in August.
He denies allegations he sexually harassed 11 women.
