Police say a routine traffic stop led to an arrest in Mattituck.
Southold Town Police say Kristopher O'Connell was pulled over for reckless driving Friday morning on County Road 48.
Police say O'Connell was driving with 19 suspensions against his license and had a needle with heroin in the car.
