A tractor-trailer flipped early Saturday morning in Commack, leading to road closures along Jericho Turnpike.
The incident happened around 3 a.m. just east of Commack Road.
News 12 is told the truck was carrying a large load of concrete at the time of the crash.
Officials say all eastbound lanes of Jericho Turnpike at Townline Road in Commack were reopened after being closed to traffic for nearly six hours.
Officials also say gasoline had to be cleaned on the road after the incident.
The unidentified driver was taken to Stony Brook University Hospital and was treated for minor injuries.
