Some public pools are reopening just in time for the first official weekend of summer.

Town of Oyster Bay officials are holding a kickoff event today to announce two community pools that will reopen Saturday.

Those pools are at Syosset-Woodbury Community Park and Tappen Beach.

Next Saturday, pools at Bethpage Community, Marjorie Post and Plainview-Old Bethpage Community Park will reopen.
