Police say a driver has died after hitting a truck that was pulled over in North Babylon.
The incident occurred on Sunrise Highway Service Road and Statesman Avenue last night.
Police say Thomas Hudson, 28, of Babylon, crashed into a dump truck that had pulled over in the left lane after an earlier crash.
There are no charges at this time.
