Third person claims she was groped by Nassau parks supervisor
A Nassau County parks supervisor is due back in court Monday for the third time in a little over a week.
Luis Maltez, of Hempstead, is accused of forcibly touching three female community service workers. A 17-year-old girl is the third person to come forward claiming she was groped by Maltez last November.
Maltez was arrested last weekend for allegedly fondling a woman he was supervising at Eisenhower Park. On Wednesday, another woman claimed Maltez fondled her in February while he was supervising her community service. The county fired Maltez from his position after the second accusation since the alleged incidents happened on company time.
