Surveillance video caught a thief who broke into three cars in a Syosset driveway Tuesday morning.
The incident occurred at a home on Loretta Drive around 4:30 a.m. The car doors were apparently left unlocked.
The thief was able to steal an iPod from one of the vehicles.
Neighbors say several other cars on the block were also broken into Tuesday. They say holiday gifts were stolen.
Police have not yet made any arrests.
