The holiday shopping season is officially underway, and News 12's gadget guru Andrew Ehinger has great gift ideas for all the tech-lovers on your list! He's counting down the top 10 gifts that tech lovers say are hot for the 2019 holiday season. Here are picks seven through five.
Gift No. 7 is the GoCase. It allows you to customize a case on demand for most smartphones and tablets. There are thousands of template designs to personalize or you can create one with your own design. They even have full gift kits with matching power banks and chargers.
Using a similar technology that News 12's meteorologists use on-air, kids can harness to make the Snapstar squad come to life. Gift No. 6 is a doll that comes with its own green screen, stand and free app. The app can give the dolls virtual makeup, hair, and accessories and add in a cool background.
At No. 5 is DJI Mavic Mini - the world's smallest full-featured drone. The tiny pocket-sized folding drone is 249 grams. The tiny flying machine has a 2.7K resolution camera for HD video and a host of built-in camera routines to make getting those cinematic shots a snap. Battery life is about 30 minutes of flying time.
