- A cold front will move into the city Thursday night into Friday morning bringing milder air, widespread soaking rain, rumbles of thunder and high winds. The timing is after 10 p.m. on Thursday through 12 p.m. on Friday. Up to 1" of rainfall and snowmelt will bring localized flooding across the city. Gusts up to 60 mph will cause wind damage. Downed trees and power outages are possible.
