The timing is after 10 p.m. on Thursday through 12 p.m. on Friday. Up to 1" of rainfall and snowmelt will bring localized flooding across the city. Gusts up to 60 mph will cause wind damage. Downed trees and power outages are possible.
- Temperatures will start off in the mid to upper-50s and quickly plummet throughout the day on Friday with lows in the 20s by Saturday morning. Record highs are possible on Friday. the record is 58 degrees setback in 1931. Stay tuned for updates.
