A teen girl was struck and injured by car in East Hills overnight.

It happened shortly before 1:30 a.m. Sunday on Glen Cove Road.

News 12 is told that the 16-year-old suffered injuries to hear head, neck and back.

Her identity wasn't released.

The driver remained at the scene and is not facing charges.
