A teen has been arrested for reckless driving in Suffolk County.

Police say 18-year-old Michael Doner was doing donuts for a crowd in Melville. 

His arrest is part of a new Suffolk County traffic program aimed at cracking down on illegal street parties.

Authorities seized Doner's car as part of the enforcement efforts to deter dangerous driving behavior.
