Teacher Felipe Argueta, of Mount Sinai, vindicated by jury after forcible touching allegations at Eastport school district

A former Suffolk teacher accused of inappropriate touching has been found not guilty.
Felipe Argueta taught Spanish in the Eastport-South Manor School District.
Argueta was arrested nearly three years ago when a girl in his class accused him of inappropriate touching.
A jury acquitted Argueta yesterday after three hours of deliberations.
The 38-year-old from Mount Sinai says he wants to get back to teaching, something he hasn't been able to do while the charges were pending against him.
