The restaurant specializes in ribs, chicken, pork and especially brisket, all of which are dry-rubbed and smoked for up to 16 hours before being served to customers.

Leland Avellino, the local owner of this restaurant, says that his staff works tirelessly to whip up meats and sides that are always fresh and always from scratch.
