If you don't want to do any cooking, but you still want to serve something really nice at your holiday party - a charcuterie board might be your solution!
Chef Eric LeVine, of 317 Main Street in Farmingdale, shows News 12's Elizabeth Hashagen and Elisa DiStefano how to pair the best cheeses and meats.
Look for cheese with different flavors and textures. For the meats, have prosciutto, mortadella, salami and pepperoni. You also want to have an acidity in there - like pickles and olives. And don't forget the bread.
