Spotlight at the Paramount offers up a variety of food and specialty drinks, as well as art created by local residents during quarantine.

The venue has been open since September, but shut down for a while when the coronavirus pandemic hit the region.

The menu is big on burgers and fries.

While concerts remain on pause inside the Paramount, people can still enjoy live music under the marquee Wednesday through Sunday.

People are allowed to eat in the box office, on the patio or on the party deck.
