Police say a gas station was robbed at gunpoint in Franklin Square on Wednesday night.
The unidentified man walked into the BP gas station on Hempstead Turnpike, went up to the employee working, pointed a gun at him and demanded money.
After the victim gave the money, police say the suspect ran off northbound on Goldenrod Street.
No injuries were reported.
The subject is described as a male Black wearing a black and gray flannel jacket, dark color pants, ski mask and gloves.
Detectives request anyone with information to call county Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS or call 911.
