News 12 Storm Watch Team meteorologist Sam Augeri says Saturday will also see highs near 60 degrees with showers ending early in the night.
It will be calmer but cooler for Sunday with highs nearing 52 degrees.
The cooling trend will continue into the next workweek.
Monday's highs will be near 53 degrees with periods of rain arriving by the evening.
The wet weather will continue into Tuesday morning.
