-Chance for some minor coastal flooding on the South Shore of Nassau County at high tide Wednesday morning between 7 and 10am.
-Cold mornings and warming afternoons ahead. Daytime highs rise to near 60 degrees for Thursday and Friday.
-Dry weather through the end of the week with an offshore storm bringing showers to parts of Long Island Friday night into Saturday morning. Breezy, cooler, and drier weather follows for Sunday.
