Headless chickens were uncovered at a Middle Island cemetery Wednesday, according to the Suffolk County Society for the Protection of Cruelty to Animals.
The SPCA says the beheaded chickens, a goat skeleton and a bag with coconut chunks were found by a tombstone at Union Cemetery by a man walking his dog.
Investigators believe the animals were tortured as part of a ritual.
Two beheaded chickens were found in the same spot in October.
No arrests have been made.
The Suffolk SPCA is offering $2,000 cash for information on the possible animal sacrifice.
