Suffolk County police have identified the female victim in the case of human remains that were scattered across Babylon, West Babylon and Farmingdale on Long Island as Donna Conneely.

4 people charged in body parts case, all released with GPS monitoring

People in court Monday claimed to be the siblings of Malcolm Craig Brown, who they say is the male victim.

Police have not confirmed that Brown was the other victim. However, the family of Brown says he is related to one of the people charged in the case.

"We have lost a brother," said Charles Williams. "Steven Brown is our cousin - and our parents and his mom are home, hurting, they are suffering."

Coreen Bullock, who was one of the people who claimed to be a family member of the male victim screamed at suspect Steven Brown in court, "How could you?"

"Because we were all raised together, we were a family or at least I thought we were," said Coreen Bullock.

Police say Conneely was 59 and her last known address was in Yonkers.

Steven Brown and another suspect, Amanda Wallace, appeared in court Monday. They are both accused of hacking and scattering the human remains of Donna Conneely and the unidentified male victim.

They, like the other two suspects, were released without bail, but their GPS monitors will stay on.

All are facing charges of hindering prosecution, tampering with evidence and concealment of a human corpse. None have been charged with murder as of this time.
