Suffolk officials to hold an emergency preparedness drill amid coronavirus outbreak

More than 100 Americans have now been diagnosed with the cornoavirus.
Eleven people in the U.S. have died as a result.
Washington state announced a 10th death from the virus, most residents of a nursing home east of Seattle.

Officials say one death was in California, where there is now a state of emergency due to more than 50 cases, the highest of any state.
In New York, Gov. Andrew Cuomo says 11 people are infected, with five new cases in Westchester.
They are all connected to the attorney who is now recovering in the hospital.
The governor says that man's friend and his family are all ill.
There are still no cases reported in Nassau or Suffolk counties. 
There are, however, a total of 88 people being monitored -- 26 in Suffolk and 62 in Nassau.
Today, Suffolk County Executive Steve Bellone and his department heads will hold an emergency preparedness drill.
