Suffolk DA's Office introduces new service dog to help calm victims and officers

The Suffolk County District Attorney's Office introduced a new service dog on Tuesday.
Tillman the III, a 2-year-old pup, graduated from Canine Companions after 18 months of training.
The dog will be joining the assistant district attorney to be a calming presence to victims, witnesses and officers involved in traumatic events.
Tillman the III is the second facility dog to serve in the district attorney's office - following in the footsteps of Mega, who joined the team in 2022.
