Suffolk County Executive Steve Bellone gave his Tuesday COVID-19 update with a positive outlook on hospitalization numbers and Wednesday's phase four reopening.

- 'This is a significant milestone' - Bellone says county is hard at work preparing for phase four reopening on Wednesday.
- Arts, entertainment, media production set to be able to continue.
- Gatherings can move up to 50 people in total.
- Houses of worship will be able to move up to a 33% capacity.
- Long Island Aquarium, Long Island Maritime Museum, Long Island Game Farm set to reopen.
- 45 new COVID-19 cases in past 24 hours, total to 41,730. That's out of 4,000+ tests.
- County passes 20,000 people who have tested positive for COVID-19 antibodies -- total of 20,003.
- Below 60 COVID-19 hospitalizations for first time since early in pandemic. Total of 57 hospitalizations, decrease of six.
- ICU patients fall to just 14, a decrease of two.
- One additional COVID-19 death, overall toll is at 1,985.
