A Suffolk County farm is getting festive for the holiday season.
For the first time, it's opened its doors for a winter wonderland experience where families can safely mingle with the animals. This past weekend, the Suffolk County Farm and Education Center kicked off a special event called "Winter Wonderland."
For the first time in its 150-year history, the historic barn was decked with holiday lights.
Long Islanders also got a chance to meet some of the animals up-close.
You can check out the experience again next weekend.
