The suicide of a college student from Long Island has prompted calls for tougher hazing laws for fraternities.
The family of Marquise Braham believes his death last year is connected to his time in a frat at Penn State Altoona, according to Newsday.
Friends say the 18-year-old was forced to binge drink and snort cocaine.
The fraternity was suspended for six years in September.
Braham's father says he wants to make it illegal for freshmen students to pledge.
