UPDATES:
- Testing: 21,947 positive tests total
- 50 new COVID-19 deaths, toll rises to 568.
- Hospitalizations: Second day in a row of drop in COVID-19 patients -- 1,495 patients in total.
- ICU beds: Decrease in occupants by 9 to 539.
- Hospital capacity increases to 3,423 in total available.
- 125 COVID-19 patients discharged in last 24 hours.
- Hotspot testing expected to reopen Tuesday after storm-related closings.
