An MS-13 gang member was sentenced Thursday to 25 years in prison for the murder of a man in Brentwood.
Marlon Guevara pleaded guilty to killing Dewann Stacks on American Boulevard in October 2016.
Stacks was brutally attacked by machetes and left to die in the street.

Investigators believe Stacks had no gang affiliation.
Several other suspects are facing charges in connection to Stacks' murder.
