A Sayville man is accused of gouging out his grandmother's eyes.

The attack allegedly happened last Tuesday in their Sayville home. According to court documents, 30-year-old Micheal Grief got into a verbal argument with his 88-year-old grandmother.

The papers state Grief then used his fingers to gouge the victim's eyes. She is now blind.

Grief is being held on $750,000 bond.
