A police pursuit started in Nassau and ended in Suffolk early this morning.
Police took a man into custody in Ronkonkoma around midnight.
They say the incident started on the LIE near exit 46 in Nassau when a driver fled a traffic stop.
Police haven't released the driver's identification or the charges he will face yet.
