Andrea's heavy rains brought more flooding to storm-ravaged Long Beach on Friday.
Long Beach Road was shut down to one lane during rush hour due to severe flooding. News 12 was told that some drivers waited in traffic for two hours.
Many residents say they dealt with mild property damage. Specifically, Peter Piseiotta said the heavy rains caused his roof and basement to leak.
Long Beach officials are urging all residents to stay off the roads until the rain subsides.
