A state appeals court is dismissing most of the charges against a Babylon pharmacist convicted of selling black market drugs to treat HIV.
The court ruled that the state attorney general's office overreached in going after Ira Gross with charges including grand larceny.
Gross remains convicted of commercial bribery and money laundering.
Gross is currently serving a 2-to-6-year prison sentence.
