Springs man arrested on kidnapping, robbery charges
East Hampton Town Police say Jay Rowe got into a woman's car in the parking lot of the Springs School earlier this month, flashed a gun and forced her to drive to a dead-end street.

kidnapping, after turning himself in on Monday.
East Hampton Town Police say Jay Rowe got into a woman's
car in the parking lot of the Springs School earlier this month, flashed a gun
and forced her to drive to a dead-end street.
Police say he robbed her, then fled on foot.
He’s charged with first-degree robbery, second-degree kidnapping
and fourth-degree grand larceny.
