South Shore residents say they still haven't received financial aid to rebuild from Superstorm Sandy.

Congress approved millions of dollars in aid for Sandy homeowners, and a state program is in charge of doling it out. The New York Rising program has allocated millions to help homeowners across Long Island's South Shore, including $7.9 million in Seaford alone.

Legislator Dave Denenberg says there are thousands of homeowners still in limbo, waiting for money to rebuild.
