Presidential candidate Donald Trump could soon be developing condominiums on Long Island.
Sources tell News 12 Donald Trump is in talks with Oheka Castle owner Gary Melius to develop luxury condos at the site.
As part of the deal, owners of the proposed condominiums would have access to the Cold Spring Golf Course, which is adjacent to the property.
Melius had no comment about the talks, but did say any deal made would not include the sale of Oheka Castle. In addition, Melius tells News 12 that he has been meeting with potential developers for two years to develop the property.
News 12 has reached out to the Trump organization for comment, but has not heard back.
