At least one person was hospitalized following a three-car crash in Riverhead Friday, sources tell News 12.
News 12 is told the incident happened on Cross River Drive on the bridge going over the Peconic River around 9:30 p.m.
Sources on the scene tell News 12 that one of the car burst into flames.
They say that at least one victim was taken to the hospital via helicopter.
