The sixth and final person charged in the Roslyn School District spending scandal pleaded guilty Friday.

John McCormick, son of former assistant superintendent Pamela Gluckin, admitted he spent more than $80,000 using a school credit card his mother gave him.

McCormick is expected to get no jail time but will have to do community service and pay back the stolen money. His mother is facing up to nine years behind bars for her role in the scandal.
