WHAT'S NEW: Rain coming for today.
WHAT'S NEXT: The biggest threat will be a brief period of heavy downpours, and some wind. A few rumbles of thunder cannot be ruled out for the east end. Friday high pressure will move back in allowing for mostly sunny skies and highs climbing to the upper 70s. The chance for showers will return Saturday midday into early Sunday morning.

TODAY: Morning showers faded just in time to pick up the kiddos from school. The night will end dry. Today's highs top out near 78 with southwest to west winds 5 to 15 mph. Sunset: 8:22.
OVERNIGHT: The chance for showers will being to move in after midnight. Lows near 65.
THURSDAY: WEATHER TO WATCH - Morning showers and storms, not expected to be strong nor severe but will bring about some breezy winds and brief and heavy downpours. By the afternoon hours, we turn to partly sunny skies. with highs near 75. Lows near 60.
FRIDAY: High pressure will build in and allow for mostly sunny skies. nice, and warm.
SATURDAY: Mostly cloudy with periods of rain by midday, lasting through the evening hours . Highs near 72. Lows near 57.
SUNDAY: A mix of sun and clouds. High 75. Lows near the low 60s.
NEXT WEEK: Mix of sun and clouds with a chance for rain by Friday. Highs will be near or slightly above average; into the mid to upper 70s.
