10h agoA Shirley man has been arrested after being found behind the wheel with expired documentation.
Officers noticed 29-year-old Julio Gutierrez-Agosto driving with a suspended registration and a defective windshield around 3:30 p.m. Saturday in Riverhead on West Main Street.
Further investigation revealed that he also had a suspended driver's license.
Additionally, Gutierrez-Agosto was found in possession of stolen property. He is facing multiple charges and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
